- Introduced Foundation X, an AI-powered Hackathon-as-a-Service platform enabling forward-deployed-engineer-style rapid-build competitions, built for a client CEO/CIO demo with MCP-based agent integration and security-agent workflow design.
- Architected Waypoint, a from-scratch Git hosting and code-collaboration platform for a ~50-engineer org on Azure App Service — replacing GitHub end to end after the two off-the-shelf options both turned out undeployable on the available infrastructure. Under NDA.
- Led the core team on Leaf to Factory, a multi-country agritech platform for farmers and field technicians — delivered end to end through a fully AI-led development pipeline, with OWASP/CIS-aligned baselines throughout.
- Directed delivery of SARA, a six-agent vision-AI self-healing test automation system on Azure AI Foundry — reducing testing effort by 15% and improving workforce efficiency by 40%.
- Led cross-functional alignment for a delivery program that scaled from 30 to 275 engineers in 6 months, and represented technology delivery in client pitches across the UK, Poland, Germany and France.
